Coaching may include the Everything DiSC on Catalyst assessment, offering insight into your work style, emotional intelligence, leadership approaches and conflict tendencies.

Genevieve Jordan Laskey has received master’s-level formation in leadership and coaching. She is also completing a Life and Engagement Coach Certificate (Anne Arundel Community College) with 125 hours of International Coaching Federation-aligned coach training applicable to leadership coaching (May 2026). Genevieve is also a certified Everything DiSC practitioner.
